A joint meeting by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR), entitled “Molecular Architecture of Life”, was held at NCPSS between November 5 and 7, 2016. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Ming Lei, Director of NCPSS, and Dr. Dwayne Miller, Program Co-Director for Molecular Architecture of Life, CIFAR. Over thirty scientists from different countries participated the meeting and shared scientific stories and thoughts in the fields of structural biology, proteomics, system biology, single molecule technologies and super-resolution imaging.
The attendees enjoyed a site tour to the critical systems at NCPSS during the meeting and were impressed by the comprehensive facility for protein sciences.
